Time flies, and so does our new ebike! With an improved motor and longer battery life than the original ebike, the next-gen ebike provides a smoother ride and can travel up to 60 miles on a single charge. So, after a year, how are New Yorkers enjoying the new ride?
With more than 7 million rides since its launch last May, the number of next-gen bike rides each month nearly doubles the number of rides on the original ebike, with roughly the same number of each type of bike in our fleet—that’s about 10 rides per ebike, per day!
