City and Lyft Announce 2024 Plans: Double the EBike Fleet and Pilot Electrified Stations

That’s right! NYCDOT and Lyft recently shared their plans to more than double the next-gen Ebike fleet next year–increasing the number of silver bikes to more than 50% of the entire fleet. Other exciting news: NYCDOT and Lyft will pilot two electrified stations with plans to expand to more stations in the future. This news came just after Citi Bike celebrated is highest-ever daily ridership on October 28th with 161,422 Citi Bike rides. 🎉
