Sorry to hear this Jess, as this was our main way to get any information from Citibike about changes and updates to the program, and was our only way to communicate with someone who actually works for Citibike, and could answer our questions (most of the time).
Agreed, this is a disappointing update. I hope you reconsider.

Yes...even if it will no longer be managed by Citibike itself...the content within the discussions here can still address questions new members are likely to have and allow current angels to refer back to previous details from time to time. There is a facebook group, but it contains much less content and history than this platform.

Yes...it is likely the reason they are "closing the community" is because they do not plan to manage it any longer...but there may still be the option for us to access the content...even if Citibike staff does not have the manpower or desire to participate themselves.
