Hi there Bike Angels!
Just wanted to give a quick update to you active riders in the Citibike area that the Citibike app map is not properly refreshing point values on 15 minute intervals!
This was brought to our attention by conrad in his post here (give him some kudos/likes gang!)
Our team is working on resolving this issue and monitoring for reports from our other bikeshare markets.
As we are attempting to fix this issue the following workarounds will forcefully update your map:
- Exiting the app and entering it again
- Toggle the P (parking) button (thanks again conrad!)
