Can you explain how the retailer gift card options work? It seems that higher points earned and redeemed get penalized with no options at all except for Amazon? And there’s no warning or guidelines how to get others that are advertised?
Hi there, mgai433 thanks for posting to the community here. To clarify, when you redeem points in the app for gift cards, we track the total amount of gift cards redeemed for each month. In the following month, you will receive an email from Tremendous for the dollar amount of the rewards claimed the previous month.
The Tremendous email gift card can be redeemed or donated as outlined below. Please let me know if your experience is different. I would be happy to investigate further.
Each retailer gift card has a different maximum redemption amount within the Tremendous portal.
