What’s Next? 🌆🚴
The weather is warming up, and so is activity in the community. As we work to add value to the community for all Bike Angels, we’re focusing on ramping up our FAQ section with community-curated solutions.
Community Tune Up 👼💪
Where does the content in the FAQ section come from?
The FAQ tab is home to articles that are created from community topics and questions. We currently have specific categories for content about Points, Rewards, and Basics that house articles about those topics. We’ll add new categories to the FAQ section as new themes emerge in the community.
How accepted solutions strengthen the FAQ
Content in the FAQ is sourced from topics solved in the community. Once a topic is marked as solved, community members and moderators nominate solved posts for addition to the FAQ. Nominated topics are reviewed by the Bike Angels Team before becoming FAQ articles.
Want to see your solutions show up in the FAQ?
A topic must have an accepted solution to be eligible for nomination. The most thoughtful and thorough replies will be the ones that solve member topics and leave helpful content for other Angels online. Below are some elements of a solid reply:
- Restate the issue | make sure you’re in the same lane
- Be friendly and mindful of community guidelines | we’re here to do good
- Provide source info | links and images are very helpful to add context to replies
