How do I check how many points I earned for a specific ride?

 

Answer

When a ride earns points, you will see this reflected in the notification at the end of your ride, as well as in the app before you rate your ride.

 

To check how many points you received for a previous ride, check the Ride History tab of your app. The Ride History pages will also indicate when you unlocked a reward from a trip. Or, if you earned 0 points, these pages will explain why.

    Jess​ Is there any reason why ride points aren't displayed under the Ride History tab on the web portal? I often track my personal ride data using my laptop, so having the points available on the web would save me from needing to check the app each time. It would be a great help, and it would be even better if there were an easy way to export the data.

        Other than the app, you can view your account info, ride history, etc., on the web by logging into the citibikenyc website.
