Reporting a broken or abandoned bike
Have you ever found an ebike left in a place it shouldn’t be when you’re out riding for points and wondered how you could help? Or, similarly, have you ever noticed an issue with a specific station or dock and wanted to share your experience to help get it fixed? With more than 185k bikes and upwards of 13k stations across our systems, maintaining and rebalancing the stations and bikes can become a challenge. We appreciate reports from our Angels and riders, and wanted to share the quickest way to report an issue if you spot one. To report a broken or abandoned bike: Tap the heart icon near the search bar, or visit the Help tab in your app Tap ‘A bike I’m riding needs repair’ or ‘A bike is abandoned’1like0CommentsWhere can I check how many points I have?

Question How do I check how many points I earned for a specific ride? Answer When a ride earns points, you will see this reflected in the notification at the end of your ride, as well as in the app before you rate your ride. To check how many points you received for a previous ride, check the Ride History tab of your app. The Ride History pages will also indicate when you unlocked a reward from a trip. Or, if you earned 0 points, these pages will explain why.0likes0Comments
