Guide to Valets
Stations in need of extra attention will sometimes have a valet present. A valet is bikeshare employee that helps retrieve bikes when a station is overloaded or busy. Valets help riders get to their destination without worrying about the fullness at their chosen stations, which is particularly useful at commuting stations or special events. How do I know if there’s a valet? You’ll see a person icon on the station marker on the map. This means there is a valet at that station. If the station is offering Bike Angels points, that will show as normal. How does a valet affect Bike Angels? Bike Angels can pick up at a Valet station, but the ride must start at a dock. Valet reps can’t manually start rides with undocked bikes. All the same BA rules apply to rides that start or end at a Valet station.0likes0CommentsGuide to streaks
What is a streak? A streak is a perk activated when a Bike Angel takes three consecutive point-earning rides in a 24-hour period. Once a streak is active, points on the map are multiplied for a given amount of time or until the streak is broken. How do streaks work? Take 1 ride to unlock a 2x multiplier for 24 hours Take 3 more rides while you have a streak to unlock a 3x for 24 hours Take 4 more rides while you have a streak to restart the 24-hour clock and extend your streak How do I keep my streak? Don’t take any ‘negative’ rides. A negative ride is a ride that brings bikes to a station that doesn’t need bikes or takes away a bike from a station in need of bikes. * A Neutral ride will not break an active streak.3likes0CommentsReporting a broken or abandoned bike

Question How do I check how many points I earned for a specific ride? Answer When a ride earns points, you will see this reflected in the notification at the end of your ride, as well as in the app before you rate your ride. To check how many points you received for a previous ride, check the Ride History tab of your app. The Ride History pages will also indicate when you unlocked a reward from a trip. Or, if you earned 0 points, these pages will explain why.0likes0Comments
