No receipt for points redemption
Hi Omar and company, I noticed when I redeemed $150 (1000 points) from my bank twice, totaling $300 in the last few days, I received no pending reward email or receipt. I understand the gift card will arrive at the end of the month. the only record is that my points value went down. But ideally in the rewards section of my app I want it to show $300 in pending rewards or an email receipt or both so we know it did not evaporate into thin air or used towards e-bike credits Is this possible to implement? thanks!Please add map filter option to display classic bikes only.
The Divvy map filter has options to show ebikes only, scooters only, or all bikes. There is notably no option for showing classic bikes only. That would be a useful filter, to hide all the noise from ebikes and scooters from the map. Chicago is flat, many users will only take an ebike/scooter as a last resort if there is no classic bike available, because the classic bikes are free for members.
