Hate to be all grumbles, but the pluses are mostly outweighed…. Could the “keep me logged in” option please work? It’s sort of a pita while trying to move bikes and pay attention to service requests to have to log in every single time for an update. Thanks!
Hey there, DanMan, thanks for calling attention to the issue. I am mostly on desktop when visiting the community, and I haven’t ran into this problem. I have seen feedback elsewhere in the community, but wasn’t able to pinpoint the issue.
I’ve adjusted settings to allow logins to last longer so you won’t find yourself being booted so quickly. I’m looking into other root cause issues, too, as I hope to be scoping some site updates for later this year. Keep the feedback coming! 👼
