Reporting a broken or abandoned bike

Have you ever found an ebike left in a place it shouldn’t be when you’re out riding for points and wondered how you could help? Or, similarly, have you ever noticed an issue with a specific station or dock and wanted to share your experience to help get it fixed?

With more than 185k bikes and upwards of 13k stations across our systems, maintaining and rebalancing the stations and bikes can become a challenge. We appreciate reports from our Angels and riders, and wanted to share the quickest way to report an issue if you spot one.

To report a broken or abandoned bike: 

1. 1. Tap the heart icon near the search bar, or visit the Help tab in your app
   2. Tap ‘A bike I’m riding needs repair’ or ‘A bike is abandoned’
