Offline Station/Missing Points

Recently I biked from a pickup station and docked at a neutral station -- but the neutral station was offline and the docking was not recorded. I had to call support to release the bike, but I still have not received points. My history shows the bike docked at the neutral station, but has no points and says "you did not dock at a station." 

This has happened to me several times, and appears to be a glitch in the system. I have contacted support several times, and no one has answered.

Can you please award the appropriate points for that ride and fix this bug?
