Donation receipt for tax purposes

Hello, since I can’t get cash for my Citibike points any longer, if I redeem into a charitable contribution, will I at least receive an official receipt for tax deduction purposes?

    Yes, you are able to claim the charitable donation as taxable deductions.

Thanks for replying. Sorry for repeating the question, but will I get an official receipt? (I should have said that I know the donation will be made “in my name” and not Lyft’s. This question is about the evidence of that donation.)

Yes, Tremendous will provide a tax deduction receipt with your name on it.
