Exactly! Why isn't the information available to access online (on a screen large enough to scroll and open up a second window...so you don't have to keep scrolling down a long list of previous rides to figure out where the incorrect charges were made. And yes, the politicians have it all wrong. The accidents have nothing to do with bike speed, they are often caused by cabs double parked in bike lanes, messengers who do not comprehend the rules of the road, cops who do not signal and run red lights, garbage trucks who block bike lanes and run red lights, and pedestrians that are too busy looking at their phones to notice they are walking in the bike lanes. And let's not forget the trash that people leave in the bikes, the stupid white rubber dividers that the trucks run over (which we then trip on) and the drunk riders who carry their friends in their baskets (so they are broken when others need them for grocery transportation). Why aren't the cops ticketing them? Isn't that more of a problem than the speed limit?
