Even though I’ve updated my Citibike (NYC) app, I still don’t see the Points Bank. How do I get this new feature? Thanks.

Hey there, TR, thanks for visiting the community to ask about how to get access to the new rewards structure. There isn't a way to opt into the experience at this time, but I recommend turning on automatic app updates. 😊 Our team is working to deliver an improved experience to all Bike Angels as quickly as possible.
I have the latest iOS and I still haven't been been updated to the new reward structure. It the program being rolled out to select accounts first?
