Using earned credits on Lyft
I earned a dozen $1.20 credits last month and tried to use them on a Lyft ride but could only apply one. That means these are “promotional” credit - I would have to spend about $120 on a dozen car rides to extract this value. That seems contrary to the notion of the reward. Am I missing something?
Hey TopCat, I definitely understand the frustration here. Several riders have brought this issue to our attention which let us have a lot of helpful examples to look into. The good news is we (very recently) have a fix! As of today, Lyft credits can be used towards any bike or scooter ride and can be "stacked" together to offer a greater discount.
