Also, we absolutely hear your feedback that the new location and shape of the key fob scanner is not intuitive for long standing key fob users and we'll look into adding more effective instructions on how to use a key fob when we start rolling out Pillar at scale.

There's actually another major flaw with these docks. If a user didn't know better and try to eject the bike by lifting up the back seat like how they'd normally do it with the old docks that don't auto eject, the reflector/light underneath the basket will shatter. I heard from a friend haha.
Umm, please don't do that... for what it's worth, these docks should dock and release much more reliability and with much less effort than our old docks.
