These data are available on the app, but they were once also -- and more conveniently -- available on the web site. Re: Physical Rewards & Shipping Delays It appears as if the CitiBike folks are putting the inanities onto their web site on purpose. Anyone who actually uses the site would see that “hiding” Bike Angel point totals makes no sense, nor does stripping the point counts from the station map. Interestingly, in the app, one can decide to show or not show the point counts; that choice (the counts formerly were displayed) is denied on the web site. And, as some have pointed out, it’s become harder to pin-point station location in the app. Once, this feature was excellent, but, perhaps in accordance with the purposeful inanity program, it’s been degraded. Also, and by accident, I notice that there’s a feature in the app that shows how many and which docking stations a rider has visited. It’s interesting, but is there a point to it? Re: The app design sucks This is part of a constellation of things that all point to the conclusion that City Bike's app/web site designers are not Citi Bike users, and/or don't bother asking users whether some proposed feature makes any sense. Getting this stuff right is not that hard if you pay attention! Re: Please restore... It's been more than a month since Citibike's reply (a "we'll look into it" boiler plate) to my request that they restore the ability to see Angel point availability on the web site, not only on the app. That condition remains unchanged. It appears that you're in o hurry to restore that useful feature. I'm wondering why we users are better off with that feature gone than we were with it available. Re: Dock and take back out OK. Sounds like a fixable thing. Re: Dock and take back out Hey, Chris, It took Citibike a week to come up with an answer to your straight-forward question, and their answer doesn’t make a lot of sense. First, they’re implying that removing some feature from the system makes the system better; second, by stating that you can take out another bike, indicates that the system knows you’ve returned the first bike, since you can’t have 2 bikes out at the same time. Re: Please restore... As I noted in my response to Jaylen, I'm no techie, but it'd be great to have access to the now-hidden point info. Can you give me a hint as to how to do this? Re: Please restore... The fact remains that before the "improvement" to the website, the point information was available on the web-delivered map page. I'm no techie, but it seems odd that it's difficult to do something that was done before. Please restore... ...the ability to see Bike Angel point availability at docking stations when using the station map on your web site. At present, this information seems to be available only in the app, whereas formerly it was available on the web site as well. Re: How do you locate your credits earned? The short answer is that the web site does not support Bike Angels all that well. As you noticed, you can't get an update on your points, nor can you see what points are available at what docking stations. You can only do those things in the app.
