Ride time limits
You state that Bike Angels with more than 250 points get 60-minute (vs 45 minute) "free" rides. When does that reward kick in? When a Bike Angel gets more than 250 points starting when this feature was announced, or when a Bike Angel has more than 250 lifetime points, some of which were earned before the 60-minute thing was initiated?

Great question - the 60min extension is for any Angels with more than 250 lifetime points.
You can check in-app to make sure you have this perk by selecting a station and scrolling down to your pricing details. After you have earned more than 250 points, under your pricing details you should see "Free up to 60 Minutes".
