Android baywheels app spins after ride

On my baywheels android app, after I take a ride, often the app will get stuck and I cannot take another ride until I close and reopen it. Also sometimes this happens (in between rides) after switch...

Has this been a recent occurrence of the app having hangups/slower load times, or has this been a constant issue on your app/device?

Thanks, it's not every time; maybe 20% of ending a ride or switching back to the app will trigger this.

    Checking in a little under a month later, have you still be experiencing this 20% of the time?

      Yes, it's still happening, although maybe more like 10% now!

        10-20% is probably about right
