Points didn't reflected to point bank

I've been contacting citi bike about points are not reflected to my point bank but I haven't redeem from June. I've got 1 week extension on June 1st so I under stand missing 20points but my earned point is 505 & point bank is 370. No one is helping me just keep saying points are there but clearly not. It's very flustering & definitely stealing

    Heys Mio, I don't really have an answer for you but the people here are pretty helpful. Maybe you can post a few screenshots of what you're seeing so that they may get a better idea and assist.
