Missing Bike

I'll keep it short.  About 2 weeks ago, I was angeling at night, took a bike out and docked it properly at a station, as usual.  However, it did not register docked so I took a picture of the bike and station, reported it, and ended the ride so that I can continue.  However late next day, citibike said that my bike was not docked properly and charged me for 24 hours.  The bike# they said that I docked is not the same bike# in the picture I took.  Now citibike is charging me total of $363 for missing bike.  I tried to explain as Citibike Angels, there's no reason for me to take a bike, and not dock it properly, because that's how I make the points.  I was wondering if anyone can direct me to someone at citibike that can help me out.

Sounds like there may be a glitch in their system. Especially if they ended the ride for you

Ever since Lyft took over, there have been issues. They released their financials last week and they missed revenue and earnings targets, so expect more cost cutting and decline in service.
