Waiting for redeemed gift card
I redeemed 1000 Bike Angel points for a $150 e-gift card mid December but haven't received the gift card yet or any notification to that effect. How long are these redeemed gift cards supposed to take?

Mine finally came yesterday, so hopefully by now you've gotten yours.
Coincidentally, I got the gift card the next day after posting this message :)
I also got a reply from customer service that Bike Angels rewards are typically processed the month following the redemption. According to the official terms, delivery can take up to 60 days, though we can expect it earlier (as was my case).
