It seems to be the new normal! Last few months it has been after the 15th. The message I always get is that it will come before the end of the next month. So I guess the time to worry would be November 1.

Hi, thanks for the information. My Bike Angels profile looks a bit different. I cannot see all these rewards options while I have been earning a lot of points for two months now. I have not received any emails to redeem my rewards either. Can somebody help me with this? Thanks again
