Current Timing for Lifetime Rewards?
Hi - Just curious what the current timeline is for lifetime rewards? I earned Casual Cruiser and October and Steady Pedaler in November, but have yet to receive anything. I'd prefer not to call / ask Citibike customer service due to a terrible experience I just had with my account being locked and their inability to resolve the situation for 2 months, so hoping the moderators here or other active members might be able to offer some insight into current reward wait times. I reached lifetime level of 500 in August and filled out the form immediately to receive my water bottle and badge. It’s now three months (and ten phone calls) later. Hi, I had enough points to get an e-gift card in September for the first time. We are the 19th of October and I haven’t received anything about it in my emails. I earned the Hustlin' Hero award on June 1 ... nothing received so far. Emailed Lyft on August 6, usual cut-and paste message "You should receive your replacement reward(s) within 3-6 business weeks!" yada yada yada ... still nothing received so far. When I joined Bike Angels several years back the reward for 1500 points was a nice metal Citibike key. So I finally hit 1500 and received a cheap plastic one similar to my original one. Very disappointing! Achieving the metal one is like getting a fancy metal credit card that makes you feel special for your achievement. Bring back a metal key please! I have a question/complaint about some recent activity in the app. Three times in the last week, the app has redeemed points from my points bank which I did not initiate. The attached pic shows the recent items. On 6/9, 6/12 and today, 6/14, redemptions were made for Lyft credit and e-bike credit which were done without any actions on my part. I’ve now lost 40 points this week and I neither requested nor want these credits. Can I expect to lose points every few days now for credits I don’t want? How can this be stopped or blocked? On a somewhat comical note, the items are shown as “gifts” from CitiBike. Since I was forced to pay for these items they are in no way gifts.352Views2likes23Comments
