Steady Pedaler Award??? I've been waiting for a year.
Hi, zswapsny, thanks for commenting about the Steady Pedaler bike keys. I know this has been paiful for Angels that earned this reward, as many have been waiting for months.
I'm happy to report keys rewards are back in stock and being shipped. 🎉
Thanks for the update on the key fobs Jess ! How long does it normally take to receive the reward after filling out the form via the confirmation email? It has been about a month since I filled out the forms for both the Casual Cruiser and Steady Pedaler rewards, but I have not received any in the mail. As others mentioned, it would be nice if there is a way for us to track the shipment.
Hi, amandaxmei, thanks for your question and for echoing the feedback that Angels would like better tracking and information around rewards shipments.
Currently, it can take 3 - 6 weeks from the time you claim a reward using the form, but in many cases, shipments can arrive much sooner. Rest assured, we're committed to improving the Bike Angels rewards experience, and the Bike Angels Team is very feedback-oriented. I will also echo these rewards improvement ideas in conversations I'm privy to.
Looking at our orders, I confirmed we received your information after you claimed the Casual Cruiser reward and the Steady Pedaler reward. It looks like you claimed these rewards about a week apart, but in different months. This will affect how timing of the rewards. Rewards claimed in June have yet to be shipped, but the timeline above still applies. 😊 Happy to know you'll be receiving these items in the next few weeks. If you don't see your key by mid-July, contact our support team to follow up.

When will I be receiving the backpack you promised...and the key I never received?
Hey, Leslie52, I double-checked that your order is listed on our backlog list that just shipped, and your backpack order was placed, as well. These items will arrive separately, but they have been ordered. We typically quote 3 - 6 weeks for physical reward deliveries. 😊
