First of all, try to get to the Bike Angel "material," meaning anything about the BA program, from the Citibike web site. No mystery or ambiguity about that.
Secondly, try to see BA status or point availability from either the BA pages or the non-BA Citibike pages. Again, no mystery or ambiguity.

At this time, you can view the point availability for stations and point history on the app. People that are not current bike angels do not have the ability to see available points.

I'm not sure why this is so difficult. All I'm saying is that I can't find a way to see available BA points on the web site (as was once the case), nor see my own point tally on the web site (as was also once the case). Yes, I can get those data on the app, but there are times when looking at a 25-inch screen is easier than looking at a 6-inch screen.
Thanks for clarifying! Bike Angel points used to show up on the website but at this time, after the system update they will only show up on the app. We appreciate this feedback though, and we have shared this with the team that works on website design and functionality.
Great; thanks. Please let them know that deleting features is usually not an improvement. It certainly wasn't in this case!
