Can you share how you contacted our teams before? I'm investigating this to provide feedback about your other support interactions.
Hi Jess I think I must have contacted everyone! 1st point of call was the chat in Bike Angels - said they couldn't help but would escalate and I'd receive an email. When nothing arrived I did chat again and same situation. I then called and was told the same and they would escalate and I'd get an email - no email again. I sent a message via Instagram page for Citibike - nothing. After much googling I found this forum and posted my issue. Saw that Omar and yourself had been solving issues so tried you both and you responded and got it sorted! I think the chat is too basic they really don't understand the Bike Angels program -- would be good to have a dedicated chat expert but I guess that's you via this community. The community is quite hard to find - I found the Facebook group first - maybe make it more visible. Thanks again
