Will Lyft Pink Access All Market?
Hello Thank you Found some answers :) Coming from Divvy, using All Access Citibike, we got 5 free unlocks at membership rates. When the 5 FREE were used up, we were charged the unlock fee and the per minute for the guest was calculated at the NON-MEMBER rate. (big money) Everything was charged to the member's account, using Lyft Credits (or credit card if you don't have sufficient credits) Without Lyft Credits the whole project is insanely expensive, and even so, you better have some big bucks in Lyft Credits because running up a 60$++ tab with an e-Bike around the park is easy. Even short rides will cost you a sawbuck. (pic) The system worked fine, clear to understand, with few glitches - sometimes we had to re-dock the guest bike because the member's scan did not populate Hahaha - Welcome to New York! We took a Lyft ride for one (1) mile last Sunday and it cost 69$. (pic) OLD STUFF If we upgrade our Divvy membership to Lyft Pink All Access, can we us our Points Bank to pay for extending Lyft Pink All Access membership? YES ANNUAL LYFT PINK MEMBERSHIPS ARE CURRENTLY EXTENDABLE USING BIKE ANGELS EXTENSIONS, BUT MONTHLY MEMBERSHIPS ARE NOT. Will that also give us the same Lyft's car sharing access in all their cities? Answer: YES Will that also give us access to Lyft's bike sharing and the Bike Angels program, in all of their other bike sharing markets?. Answer: NOT "ALL". Use points from your points bank to redeem digital rewards in your app. Visit the Bike Angels Profile, and click the blue icon for the reward you want. You’ll see an order screen with the option to adjust the order quantity of the reward and the option to review your points before you confirm the order. How can I see my rewards? Click ‘View your rewards’ in the Bike Angels profile to reveal details about your current rewards, like credit balances and membership expiration.
Improve the Citi Bike Map
Problem: In the Citi Bike map (in the app) it is almost impossible to tell traffic flow direction for streets when browsing the map, an arguably important piece of information when biking in NYC. Similarly, reading street names is just as hard with them only appearing if you zoom in almost all the way! The green bike lane lines cover the street arrows which indicate the direction of traffic (I've circled two arrows that are being covered). Also, only two street name labels are showing here: Suggestions: Make it easier to see the traffic flow arrows by either making the direction arrows easier to see (change color, size, etc) or allow users to toggle the green bike lane overlay on the map on and off Make it easier to see/read street names and prioritize them over places of interest Add a toggle to show/hide places of interest on the map (restaurants, hotels, stores, etc) Lastly, an argument against improving the current experience might be to user the "directions" feature which will give you a correct route but to that I say that sometimes we just want to do an ad-hoc bike ride. Secondly, bike angels (like me) would love to better see street names and traffic flow directions I don't really use the directions feature because there's no way to simply put a pin on the map or tap on a station as your start and end address; we must type in the address which is time-consuming.
Abrupt Cancellation of Lyft Pink All Access Membership (linked to Chase Sapphire Reserve)
I originally received my 2-year Lyft Pink All Access membership through my Chase Sapphire Reserve card, which also got me into the Bike Angels program. Using Bike Angels points, I extended my membership to at least July 2025. However, after canceling my Chase Reserve card yesterday, my Lyft Pink membership was abruptly canceled too! I still have 380 points in my points bank. Reached out to Lyft support, and they said a specialized team would get in touch, but I haven’t heard back from anyone yet.Big Change to the app?
There has been a big change to the Divvy app A great way to protect against losing your boost if a docking station status changed moments before grabbing a bike, was after selecting the exact docking station, scan the bike from within that open window What used to happen, if you were in danger of losing your boost, a warning would tell you. After losing my boost when I was sure about the docks status, and using the above technique, we tested, and that feature is gone. We switched from using the fob exactly for that protection, as more than a few times a "quick switch" caused us to loose boost. Does anyone remember that feature and is it in fact, gone? Thanks
