Movers & Shakers Supermember Shout Out | RedDragon RedDragon joined a year ago (on this very date, congratulate them!) and has been nothing but inquisitive, helpful, and insightful! Whenever there was a question he can’t answe he would tag myself or Jess and bring us into the fold. His posts on app feedback, specific User Interface (UI) suggestions are not unnoticed and are appreciated ten-fold as posts like these are brought up internally to our software engineers and other relevant parties. Miracle Working How the Community Improves The BA Experience Implementing Community Suggestions 📝 A month or two ago, our Divvy riders received the ability to set their pedal assist preferences in-app. We wanted to shout out two posts made last year by our Divvy Bike Angels, who mentioned wanting this feature, which we escalated internally, showing a vocal want for this feature.
