Incorrect docking labels

What genius labeled these docking stations at 6th Ave and Canal Street?

    Are you referring to the A & B placements on the docks or are they labeled incorrectly somewhere?

      In the above pictures, the As are in the front and the Bs are in the back- usually it is the other way around so docking in A first will block all the Bs
