Hey there, baeames, thanks for posting here—I'm sorry to hear that you haven't gotten your Tremendous reward yet! Looking at things, we sent $30 to the email address on your account on May 6 at 1:37 PM CDT.
We just resent that now. Let us know if you don't find it! Since it was the first reward sent to that email address, it may have been filtered or flagged as SPAM.
I'm sorry our support team wasn't able to help with this. I will provide feedback internally. Generally, when you claim a gift card reward, you'll get the email from Tremendous the following month.
