Bike Angel status

I need help getting my bike angel status reinstated.

 

I currently have an open case with Lyft/Citibike support (case# 180924282) to resolve an issue of my annual membership being cancelled due to a Lyft Pink trial membership. I’ve been told someone is working to resolve this to replenish my membership. However my bike angel map layer and stats have disappeared from my app. I need this fixed to continue earning rewards and extending my annual membership.

 

Please help!
