Citibike fob not delivered
Hi! I ordered my fob on Oct 12, but it still hasn’t been delivered (currently Nov 9). I haven’t gotten any delivery updates either. Does anyone know why and how I can speed up delivery?

Hey there, Carll, thanks for your post! Lifetime rewards can take 3 - 6 weeks to arrive. I know you are eager to get your key. If it doesn't arrive in the next couple of weeks, please follow up here to let us know!
It took about 4 weeks to receive mine last month. If that's any indication yours should hopefully arrive this or next week. I don't think there's any way to speed up the delivery unfortunately. Their fulfillment service is really slow but you do eventually get your order.
