Points not recorded

 

 On this ride I was supposed to get 5 points. But as you can see, on my ride history, none were. Subsequent rides did record. Thanks.

    I have encountered this exact phenomenon where the history shows my trip was from a zero point station to a zero point station, but the maps at the time I started the trip showed I was going from a -ve station to a +ve station, and should earn 2 or more points.
