Portland drop off disparity

I noticed that a recent add on to the Portland Biketown system has been bike stations w/ "take out" points. But since this was rolled out, it seems like the entire east side of portland doesn't have any stations that have drop off points. What's going on? It's kind of ridiculous. The screen shot is from 5/16.

I was so excited to finally see pickup points but it's been a mess. The numbers are all over the place. Pick up points listed for stations without any bikes?

A bike was listed with pickup points so I walked all the way to pick it up and when I got there they entire system appeared to be down. No way of knowing what's going on. No way of knowing when it will be back online. We are essentially volunteering our time for free for a for-profit enterprise. Why can't they provide us with better services. Telling us when the system will be off-line would be a start. Telling us when new changes are rolled out would be helpful. Finally offering us cash would be a great improvement.

Overall the points have been pretty stingy for a system that's proving to be so unreliable as of late. I integrated Bike Angels into my lifestyle a while ago. Such **bleep**ty services. Getting ready to just bailing on it.

Absolutely. It’s left almost no incentive to Bike Angel on east side which is a much larger area and it’s been very noticeable with many bikes out of corrals. With the “pick up” launch , I feel like a bug was introduced and would like to see this addressed soon or at least a Lyft employee to see this post.
