Ride History and City Explorer Data Reset

I updated my payment method for Lyft Pink Access and noticed my ride history and City Explorer data have been reset. Is this a bug? I'd like to retain all of that data!

    Mine disappeared too (Divvy) but it came back a couple of days later. I guess a bug in the backend/API which fetches the explorer data


  • My Divvy Ride History has dissappear. Reading, I have no history. 

    I also changed my credit card payment. At the time, I didn't check my Ride History, but I did change my credit card info.

    I’m a Lyft Pink All-Access member, based in Chicago, Divvy, and my ride history from New York City, CitiBikes has all stayed intact.

    I don't particularly care if it comes back :)

  • Hi, all! Seeing that Wim saw his ride history return, I'm curious if jm and hkoellin are still not seeing their full experience. Let me know! I'm happy to report a bug if we're still missing ride history.

    Regarding City Explorer it is known that riders with super high ride counts, often Angels, have trouble seeing this feature load. I will continue to track this experience bug for our Angels—your feedback is always appreciated.

      Hey Jess , yep my data came back after a couple days. I'm not exactly sure what triggered it- if it was after I went for a ride or after a period of time.
