Second 3x ride didn't count to reset the timer

Dear Bike Angels community,

Yesterday I entered a 3x streak,took a bike home with 9 points, did another 6 point ride in the evening and was ready to get my last time in before the timer ends but the app showed "2 more rides to reset the timer" - is this expected, do the early 3x rides "expire" or something or is this a bug?

In my ride history I see 3 rides with 3x points within the requested time limit,yet I'm back at 1x now.

I’m a little confused but l think maybe you’re misunderstanding the number of rides needed. Once you’re at 3x boost, you need to take 4 points earning rides (not 3) within 24 hours to maintain it.

I see on our end your 3x boost ride stgarted on August 12th! To maintain or continue that 3x boost you would have needed to take 2 more point earning rides by August 13th! Looks like you the timer for the streak ended and a neutral ride was taken.

  Thanks for looking into this. That's not what's shown in my rode history and what I experienced: I completed 3 rides with 3x points within the time limit but the timer was reset anyway (see screenshot). I'd still like to understand what went wrong here,why the 3x timer ended?
