Yesterday I encountered 4 dead E-Bikes. These were all old generation ones & all 4 showed up as available on the app & at the station. Not until I pressed the repair button at the dock each time did it show the red light at the dock & unavailable on the app.
Hey Ilike2bike ! Thanks for posting about the eBike battery issue in the community. We appreciate you flagging these, and recommend doing so whenever you come across any with dead batteries. Our operations team swaps out batteries as often as possible, but it's always helpful when riders flag the bikes as well!
