New bike angel on the block
Je t'em everyone, As a hilly Washingtonian who loves to listen to really music and join the fun, I've been years praying for something like this and happy joy freely warmly joined in the ride here. Thank you so much for allowing me to participate and make things happen for our bikers and our beautiful world today. Truly believe this is one of the better routes we have for our bikers including other groups secular to capital Bikeshares in DC. As technology picks up the use of physical fobs fade but helmets don't. Ride safe, keep pushing those lanes with fineness otherwise enjoy the ride even though it's designed to have fun and many benefits. I've lost 9 lbs this past week because of it feel free to ask me how. So thank you those elder angels before me, because they're out there looking out for all of us. Is it worth it to move undocked CaBi e-bikes as a Bike Angel?
There are many e-bikes that are not docked at a station. If I got on one to move it to a station and collect points, would I still be charged the unlock fee and per minute? Trying to understand what the incentive is for bike angels to move undocked bikes to stations.

Hi! I just joined the community and I'm excited to work with everyone to discuss solutions to some of the problems in Capital Bikeshare. However, I don't see many... or any... posts about CaBi. Is this because there are simply so few due to their recently being invited or is it a comparatively small group? Thank you for your graceful, kind, and understanding answers.
Capital Bikeshare (CaBi) Bike Angels Leaderboard
It seems like the NYC community has been going strong for a number of years, but not so much for Washington, DC riders participating in Bike Angels. We haven't been getting any updates or information about what is happening, so I'm glad we are now being invited to this community forum. In 2021 I started keeping track of Bike Angel Monthly Winners and the point totals, and have been maintaining these stats for DC. Very unscientific! I got into doing Bike Angels for a few reasons, the competition (hence keeping track), it's a good way to get exercise, and it's an excellent way to explore DC. Riders have gotten a little wild in terms of point totals in the last 5 months, maybe a direct correlation to the fact that CaBi added the option to redeem points for gift cards. I have 2 questions about Bike Angel Rewards: I redeemed 1,000 points for a $200 gift card in the app last night, but I neither received any conformation in the app nor any email. Am I now understanding correctly that it inexplicably won’t be emailed to me until the end of next month for some reason? I show 762 points this month alone. Am I understanding correctly that since 762pts is above the 200-point threshold that I will automatically receive $114.30 ($1.50 for every 10 monthly points) for achieving Platinum Pedal status this month according to the screenshot I’m including here?
