Bike availability

Recently somebody posted on here that they were having a hard time finding functioning E-bikes. I'm having trouble finding any bike 😆. 

Around Columbia/Presbyterian in Washington Heights it is impossible to find a bike, especially in the afternoon. 

Can anything be done about this?
