Seems to have worked this time! Yeah I see where it says Bike Key 🤔 but I know for Baywheels all you guys have is Clipper cards, which is where the option would be to either update your Clipper card or choose your pedal assist preferance.
Can you try going to your account on the Baywheels website by logging in to your account and navigating to Account > Preferences > Pedal assist preference?
can you remind me how to log in to my account on the Bay Wheels website (where is that)? I can never find it; none of the help articles mention it.
