Hii I was wondering if anyone else was waiting on gift card redemptions. I redeemed some points in April for lyft gift cards and still havent gotten any emails about them. I was told by lyft support to post here about it. Seems like a little delay is typical but its been 4 months now…

We just resent that now. Let us know if you don't find it! Since it was the first reward sent to that email address, it may have been filtered or flagged as SPAM.
I'm sorry our support team wasn't able to help with this. I will provide feedback internally. Generally, when you claim a gift card reward, you'll get the email from Tremendous the following month.
