    thank you for letting us know about your missing rewards. I'm sorry to hear you've yet to receive them. Looking at your rewards claim history, I see you claimed the Casual Cruiser and Steady Pedaler rewards in the last month or so. Did you ever claim your Joy Rider reward? I want to make sure you got all the rewards you are missing.

      hi, thank you for the message!  No i never did claim the Joy Rider reward.  I would like to.  Somehow that email must have slipped through the cracks....  please help me claim it.  thank you!!!  kevin
