thank you for letting us know about your missing rewards. I'm sorry to hear you've yet to receive them. Looking at your rewards claim history, I see you claimed the Casual Cruiser and Steady Pedaler rewards in the last month or so. Did you ever claim your Joy Rider reward? I want to make sure you got all the rewards you are missing.

I never received my “Steady Pedaler” reward (the key fob), despite repeated interactions with your customer service team. There is a chronic failure in Bike Angels to deliver on rewards. Can you please address the fact that I am yet to receive the key fob.
