When the rate screen comes up just hit next…. Then hit submit.
But if you just hit "next" and "submit" without adding any stars, then aren't you -- in effect -- giving Citibike terrible ratings every time? I usually feel compelled to hit "next," then enter 4 or 5 stars, then hit "submit." It’s only a few seconds, but it gets annoying after the millionth time.
