No Angels Rewards for Months; Insane back and fourth with support.

i an having the most frustrating experience with support regarding bike angels rewards. Ive accomplished my 1500 points mark, and received the google sheet to fill out; ive done that mid August 25. 

Month later i contacted support asking regarding the status, and was told "oops sorry we odnt know what happened, give us your shipment details and we will send to fulfillment", i filled out the google sheet. 1 month later, still no rewards, i again reach out support and again get the exact same response about fulfillment and filling out a google sheet. 1 month later, still no package, i again reach out support and again get the same answer; fill out sheet and wait for 6 weeks. During that day, i also put in an order for another separate key fob, order #95311, that was 10/15. Its not 11/13 and still nothing, no rewards, no fob i ordered, and im again talking with support and they are again telling my to fill out a google sheet.

This has been incredibly frustrating; ive been member from month 1 of this service, years ago i was also never sent older rewards (the white key fob) and had to deal with the same issues, that were never resolved. 

I need someone here to actually help, put me in contact with the correct department or show some care about resolving an issue for a long customer that put in hundred of hours using this system and the angels program.

    Hi there, heyoqa​, thank you for visiting the community and sharing your experiences with support and receiving the rewards you earn. We appreciate your participation in the program, and I understand these experiences haven't left you feeling that way.

    I will personally see that your rewards are ordered. I just sent you a DM to confirm the address you previously submitted. You earned these rewards, and I want to make sure you get them as soon as possible. 

    I will also provide feedback on your support experience, as I can see that you weren't able to get a clear picture of when you'd receive the rewards you'd already claimed.
