July rewards payments

I usually receive my rewards payment notification email on the 5th or 6th of the month. It's now July 9th and I still haven't received anything for my June submissions. Anyone have any idea what's going on?

    Hey there, conrad thanks for posting in the community about your e-gift card rewards for June. I can confirm the rewards are a bit late this month due to the timing of the recent US holiday and overall growth of the program. I apologize for the delay, but can assure you they will arrive as soon as possible. Generally, emails for gift card rewards will arrive within the first 10 days of the following month. The emails for June rewards are expected to be delivered soon.

    It is surprising that there’s not more support offered from Lyft representatives on this. Or an official communication or even a brief advisory push notification or email. It’s now July 14th without any word. People depend on this guaranteed income stream, and it should be regarded by Lyft as such. Can we get an update in the absence of information other than the process is slightly delayed this month, as if the Fourth of July was an unforeseeable, long holiday weekend celebration? Please give a prompt, meaningful update.

  • I haven’t received any emails or confirmation texts from either Bike Angels or Tremendous yet, and it is now the 11th. Is there a way to confirm my order for the $200 was even received last month? It feels pretty clunky so far tbh; is this a manual process in their back end?

      Yeah, not sure why one holiday (four days into the month) is delaying payments an entire week. I still haven't received anything, either.

      Also agree about how lacking the rewards system process is. The first time I did this last year, there was nothing telling me it would take a week into the following month to receive the payment. I assumed I'd get it on the first and when I didn't assumed I'd just wasted 1,000 points that I'd have no way to prove I ever had since there's no confirmation system other than that "you  got e-gift card credit!" screen.

      Thanks for adding to the thread here, HoekedOnPhonics. As conrad shared, Tremendous emails routinely come during the first week of the following month, although we allow up to 10 days. The payments for July are late, but will be delivered as soon as possible. 

      I'm sorry that there have been some kinks in the initial payments for Capital Bikeshare Angels, and I appreciate your feedback. I can confirm you claimed $200 for June rewards, and the email you received from Tremendous will reflect that amount.

    Halfway through July, and still no payments for June- how hard is it to push a button?

  • 12noon ET July 13th and no payment from Lyft/Capital Bikeshare via Tremendous email.

    I just started as a city bike angel about a week ago. I have about 90 points now. How do I get into your situation where I get payments automatically every month? This has not been made clear to me. Thank you in advance!

      Well it’s not really automatic and it also depends on your city.  I think maybe only DC and NYC have the “gift card” option - if you don’t see it on the list of the rewards it may not be available in your city.  If gift cards are there then when you have the points (1000 points for $200) you just click on it and say you want that reward.  After that, you have to wait for an email from an org called “Temendous” and they ask how you want the money - in a bank account is the way I did it.  

      it does take a while for the money to come.  When claiming the reward there is a pop up that says you’ll receive the money “by the end of next month” but they say usually the money should come before the 10th.  People are stressed now because it’s the 16th already and still no 💰 

      When  claiming the reward no receipt is emailed and nothing shows up in the “your rewards” list so it takes some faith that the money will actually come.   😳

      You didn't explain the cause of delay for June payment.

      Hopefully  July payment next month will get on time
