Bike Angels is a program that creates community and helps fellow riders out by offering rewards for moving bikes around the system. We regularly review the program’s reward offerings to ensure the health and fairness of the program. Bike Angels rewards are being updated to align with the spirit of the program.
The way you redeem rewards using points in the app won't change. Angels will continue to have the option to choose among ebike credits, membership extensions, Lyft credits, and gift cards for in-app redemptions. Starting in February, Tremendous recipients will have the option to claim gift cards from an array of retailers or donate their rewards to select charities. Rewards redeemed in January will be sent in February.
So, as I asked, if we redeem our January points at the end of January, will we have option to get ACH deposits when we get our email from Tremendous in February or not? Or is December the last month we can earn points that can be redeemed for ACH deposits if we redeem them by 12/31/24?
Not sure why Lyft has to be so vague & opaque- just have the courtesy to send us an email clearly explaining the changes, exactly how and when they take place, instead of hiding this change at the bottom of a Tremendous page that most people will not notice.

Since the changes take effect in February, points redeemed in-app in December will be the last month that are able to be claimed using ACH transfer or Paypal.

With the recent delays, rewards redeemed in December can very likely be postponed and drag into February which has the possibility of causing Angels to not be able to redeem this last payment via ACH based on the announcement.Glad zwillia1 stepped in to clarify. Being hopeful that this information is accurate and that the December payments will arrive before February (and even if it arrives in February, we'd still able to claim it using the ACH transfer for one last time).
