Redemption points doesn't make sense

Question

I redeemed 1,000 points for $200 credit and got the following email:&nbsp; "Thanks for helping provide docks and bikes to your fellow Riders when and where they were needed this last month! Here is your $127.50 for the points that you earned from your Bike Angels trips.Is there a record of the date I redeemed the points in my account?

Looking at your account and reward history, it looks like you redeemed 1000 points on 6/6, and you can expect the e-gift card for all your June redemptions within the first 10 days of July. The last payout sent to your email address for $127.50 was from June 2022. Let us know if you have any other questions. 🚲

No worries at all! I want to make sure you get all the rewards you earned. Since it was sent in June 2022, it would be for Bike Angels rewards for May 2022.&nbsp;

Why would they be redeemed two years later?&nbsp; I still have gift cards that I have not redeemed because the system kept sending Amazon cards, rather than offering the option of cashing them out.&nbsp; I have not even cashed out any points since last fall because I do not see an option and I don't want anymore Amazon cards.&nbsp; Just because I chose the gift card three and a half years earlier for a few small dollars does not mean I should be locked into automatically being sent Amazon credits every time I choose (or randomly am sent) Bike Angel rewards.&nbsp; The app does not present an option to change the original form of payment.&nbsp; That has to be done on the backend.Amazon did a bait and switch as well.&nbsp; When I earned the gift cards you could buy retail gift cards with the rewards (Best Buy, Home Depot, The Container Store)...now you can only purchase items online through Amazon and you cannot even use the rewards at Whole Foods.&nbsp; I was saving to buy a computer.&nbsp; The fact that they automatically sent the Amazon cards each month without notifying us of the changes was ridiculous.&nbsp; I now have thousands of dollars in Amazon credits (for overpriced poorly made products) that I do not need and have to use cash.&nbsp; I need thousands of dollars worth of dental work and have additional medical expenses (from bike messengers and cars cutting me off while moving bikes)...yet I cannot even use the more than $8000 I earned during the quarantine from moving Citibikes.&nbsp;&nbsp;

I want to understand how to help, as we've discussed these issues with redemption in the past.
When you claim gift card rewards in your app, you will receive an email the following month from Tremendous. This email has options to claim the cash rewards to PayPal, ACH transfer, and Amazon gift card. Each month, when reward emails arrive with rewards from the previous month, you'll see a button to claim the rewards and choose the delivery method.
I emailed you back in December asking for a photo of what you're seeing when you claim Tremendous rewards—as it sounds like you're seeing something different. Please send a photo if you're not seeing the option to get your Tremendous rewards through PayPal or ACH transfer.&nbsp;
Regarding Amazon's gift card policy changes, I'm unable to speak to that, but I do apologize for the inconveniences this has caused. I'm unable to rescind cash rewards that are already claimed to reissue them.&nbsp;

To answer your question, TaichiKen was mistakenly looking at a reward that was sent to him in June 2022, and we confirmed that reward was sent to him two years ago in the thread here.&nbsp;
